Meet The Team Behind MIND BODY BY TRIBE STUDIO
We are a passionate fitness couple dedicated to the belief that fitness and well-being are among the most effective therapies for both physical and mental challenges. We firmly believe that maintaining a strong body supports mental and physical health throughout one's entire life. We are inspired by the vision of fit parents and grandparents staying active and running with their grandchildren in their later years. With the help of our amazing and qualified team, we strive to create an encouraging environment for everyone who wants to start or enhance their overall health journey.
Hi my name is Jasmine. I am passionate about all things health and fitness. I enjoy sharing this passion by guiding people through movement. I love encouraging and uplifting my clients, bringing a sense joy to movement helping you to feel amazing after each and every class.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher and 350hour Yoga Teacher.
I’ m excited to be a part of the community at Mind Body Tribe Studio.

Hi my name is Sherri. I have been a Pilates instructor for over 15 years, teaching internationally in 4 countries to people of all ages and walks of life. I love helping women to love, appreciate and enjoy their body’s in and out of the studio. Along with Pilates my passion for women’s health encompasses mindset and nutrition coaching as well.
I hope that each person who attends to my classes leaves feeling a little extra love and appreciation for themselves and their body.
Hi, I’m Veronica! I absolutely love everything to do with fitness and wellbeing. For the past 14 years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, group class coach, reformer Pilates teacher, boot camp trainer you name it! I’ve also had the joy of working with older adults, helping them stay active and strong. My mission is simple: to make your workouts fun, motivating, and something you’ll fall in love with just like I did."
