Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. 

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates exercise performed on a specialized piece of equipment called a Reformer. The Reformer is a machine with a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, and various attachments, which provide resistance and support during workouts. This equipment allows for a wide range of exercises that target different muscle groups, improve flexibility, strength, and posture.

Yoga

High Intensity Reformer

Transform your reformer into a horizontal jumping machine. The jumpboard class is faster-paced and has a higher intensity than the traditional reformer class.
